Intentional, focussed planning for the year.
This is not a calendar.
And this is not for everyone.
Slow Calendar is for the year you actually want to live.
Not the inbox you keep up with.
Not the streak you keep alive.
Not the feed you keep scrolling.

The honest filter
This is not for you if…
- You measure a good week by how busy you were.
- You believe the next app, the next dashboard, the next system will finally fix it.
- You want streaks, leaderboards, badges, public proof.
- You're looking for something to fill the silence between notifications.
- You want to optimise every hour of your day.
- You're hoping someone else will tell you what your year should look like.
The other side
This is for you if…
- You've watched a year disappear into things you can no longer remember.
- You can name the five people who matter most — and you haven't sat with one of them in months.
- You'd trade ten new habits for one honest intention you actually kept.
- You think attention, not time, is the real currency.
- You're tired of being ranked, gamified, optimised, sold to.
- You want to design the year, not survive it.
The shape of it
What it is.
A small, deliberate tool built around one question:
At the end of this year, will you have lived it the way you meant to?
That's it. No streaks. No badges. No notifications competing for your attention. No AI telling you what to feel. No ads. Your data isn't sold.
Twelve months. One ring. The few people who really matter. The intentions you actually chose. A quiet space to come back to when the noise gets too loud.
The world tracks the hours you sell. We protect the years you keep.
The price of entry
Sign up only if you…
- Are willing to spend ten minutes setting one intention you actually mean.
- Will write a real journal entry, not a habit-tick.
- Can resist the urge to add fifty people in the first week, and start with one.
- Understand the goal is fewer commitments, not more.
Why this exists
A short note from the founder.
I built Slow Calendar because I missed a year I can't get back. I had a calendar, a task manager, a streak tracker — and none of them asked the only question that mattered: am I living this year the way I meant to?
This app exists so neither of us has to ask that question too late.
